Fifty years have passed since our establishment with the aim of promoting
international cooperation for the development of economic infrastructures
in the world, just after the first Japanese ODA (Official Development Assistance)
was given, and during this time we have maintained our traditional ideals
of globalization through the use of various services. There appears to
be many changes globally in the demand for infrastructures, such as the
changing needs of people, advanced technological developments, internationalization
of economies and environment preservation.
It has become more important to exchange information related to infrastructure polices and construction, and engineering technology, internationally, for further harmonized development of the world.
